yes the console's going to be doomed because more people will buy or re-buy the 360 and trade in their previous premium so more units get into circulation.....in trouble, riiight. There are so many more important problems that could spring up.

actually, microsofts had to do this to keep people buying their magazines. The same thing with sony. Everything's going online, especially news, so magazines try to pull strings every way they can to get people to buy them.
he wasn't playing it, he made characters pop up in a tech demo. The same thing EA and other companies do to show their engine off. But how much makes it to the actual game.....only a part of it.
Did you notice he didn't move anybody around, he just pressed a couple buttons to make guys appear and do the same thing(not unique). This is old, and it's nothing incredible. Think of how much time it took to texture that quad and make all these little gimmics pop up. Yes the game...

Babylonian, your definitely misunderstanding us. When we say gameplay we mean what it will look like while playing the game. Not how it will feel moving the character around, there's no way to tell that from a few screen shots of in-engine stuff.

Player models look brilliant, but obviously they still have a lot of work on the environments. Also the weather system they haven't showed us yet.

This is so great, I'm happy Microsoft is taking a new stance on formats with the zune and now the 360. Put your HD divx stuff on your plasma....YAH.
Maybe they got some new management, or perhaps they just gave up on copyright because they know the people who use divx and what else know how to get around those blocks. I know a kid with a zune who has hours of movies and illegal stuff on it. Copyright just can't compete with the public.

I've been running vista premium with 1gb of ram and haven't skipped a beat. No ram limitations for gaming or anything else, half life 2 on max settings with 7600gt. You don't need 2gb, but it wouldn't hurt.
no it means they can't praise GTA as much, and some will say it's played out or overrated.
When in all actuality, MMO GTA was what people wanted all along. MS paid them off big time, and they'll market this feature.
